Booster Club Request Form

If you have a request for the Booster Club, please complete the form below. Here’s how the process works:

1. Submit your request using the form
    
2. Request is reviewed by Booster Club leadership and Mr. Sorensen
    
3. You may be invited to present your request at a Booster Club meeting (5 minutes max)
    
4. A decision will be made based on the review
    

What We Consider When Reviewing Requests:

• We do not fund sports banquets, as it’s difficult to ensure fairness across all programs.
   
• We look to assist requests that benefit students over multiple years.
   
• We support events that help build a sense of community.
   
• We look to assist students in participating in activities that may be financially out of reach.
   
• We like to support teachers and help fill classroom needs.

• The majority of our funding comes from BINGO. We are always looking for more volunteers.
